I runned: #top when I see many process /opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/bin/php-cgi, and all processes consuming a lot of memory RAM.

    How can fix it?

    /opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/bin/php-cgi

    This would indicate EasyApache 4.

Which column in top are you referring to as there is a big difference between virtual and resident(important one).

    Hi,

Can you paste the apache logs you see when this particular high resource consuming process is seen?
